At Uni-pac Dispensers, we believes that Quality Control/Assurance (QC/QA) is essential to ensure that services are developed, delivered and managed to meet or exceed customer requirements. In the services environment, QC/QA presents unique challenges to prevent deficiencies before they can impact service delivery. The development of a strong quality program hinges on a complete understanding of both customer requirements and expectations. A successful quality program depends upon development, implementation, and monitoring of processes.

We believe in manufacturing & supplying the best quality products. A unique culture of Quality and Service, dedicated to our customer needs, our dedication to Zero Defect Product and On Time Every Time is the hallmark to our business. We believe in manufacturing and supplying the best quality products, hence, we have a separate Quality Control Laboratory (QCL), situated on its each location. QCL has all necessary equipments which are calibrated regularly. For providing the highest quality products and services to our clients, our commitment is defined by the following principles:

Tensile Testing Machine Digital​

Tensile testing Machine is highly recommended for evaluating the tensile strength of products and materials. The equipment is based on the Constant Rate of Traverse (CRT) principle. It is equipped with an upper jaw and a lower jaw.

Torque Tester - Digital Motorized​

Torque Tester - Digital Motorised is a new generation fully automatic motorized torque tester. It gives Torque in digital format. The digital display is a sophisticated high-end read out with Auto Tare (ZERO) set facility and Peak Hold arrangement.

Vacuum Leak Tester Digital​

Melt Flow Index Tester​

Digital Melt flow index tester is used to check the melt flow rate (MFR) of thermoplastics and compounds with auto cutting of flowing extrudate and prelogic facility. It has a prelogic incorporated with built in program for the easy operation.

Colour Matching Cabinet - CMC​

Color Matching Cabinet Spectrum is highly recommended for laboratories and industries where it is important to maintain color consistency and quality. The equipment provides a standardized environment for evaluation and visual assessment of color.

Laboratory Hot Air Oven​
